I want you all to know that i'm very touched by your gift. It means a lot to me. Being over 12000 kms, 18 hrs by flight, 16 times zones, and what feels like a lifetime away from home, never really seems hit you as hard until your friends do something special for you like this.
I've met a lot of new people on my travels. Some of them idiots, many of them just blank faces, and a few great people that i will always remember. But none of them compare to the friendships i have forged with all of you.
Nothing makes me feel luckier than when i know that i have friends like this no matter where i go. I miss you all dearly and wish you all the best in the new year.
